A recent report from the Pew Internet & American Life Project offers new insight into online behaviors of each generation. The most interesting aspect of this report is not how the generations vary, but how similar behaviors are across all generations. Most Internet users, regardless of age, send and receive email, seek health information, make purchases and travel reservations, and get the latest news. In fact, searching for health information—once an activity relegated to older adults—is now the 3rd most popular online activity for all Internet users over age 18.
